توضیح:
این کلمه مفهومی از عدم وجود مهارت در خود دارد. وقتی برای اشخاص استفاده شود، منظورمان این است که شخص مورد نظر دست و پا چلفتی یا نالایق یا بی عرضه یا فاقد توانایی و مهارت مدنظر ما می باشد. مثلا اگر بگوییم مربی یک تیم inept است، یعنی مهارت کافی برای هدایت آن تیم را ندارد. یک بسکتبالیست inept نمی تواند حتی بدون حضور مدافعان حریف هم توپ را درون سبد بیاندازد! منتقدین یک رئیس جمهور ممکن است برای اظهار بی کفایتی وی، نحوه اداره کشور توسط او را inept توصیف کنند. این کلمه می تواند معانی دیگری هم داشته باشد: نابجا، نامناسب یا بی مورد (مثلاً در توصیف یک نظر، رفتار و یا حتی یک استعاره نابجا). بعد از این توضیحات، وقتش رسیده تا این کلمه بسیار کاربردی را در چند جمله ببینید. به مثال های زیر دقت کنید:

Exp-1: One of my friends believe that “The ineptness prevents to be profane agains parochial believes!”
Exp-2: I believe that we have to think deeper and don’t judge about someone who seems to be inept and amateurish at the first look.
Exp-3: The president was just been too inept to screw up all the government.
Exp-4: Ineptly moving the loads causes to exacerbate his backache.

Inept behaviour will make you penitent, profusely. So alwayes be careful because better be sure than sorry.

That’s a great example. Using multiple words from Asraneh is great.
The expression is ” better safe than sorry”. So, I would change “be sure than sorry”.
