   Exp-1: He looks so inept in that work, everyone censured him. Despite this he has the audacity to depress newcomers.
   Exp-2: At the firs I thought that he had the audacity to question my skills, but when I’d decided to know more about him, I found that he didn’t do that, deliberately.

      Great examples,
      I love how you used some words of Asraneh-Ba-Loghat in one sentence and you used them correctly.
      Right on!
      just some minor mistakes:

      …Despite this,he has …
      and don’t say “at the first“.
      at first is enough here.

   To me, taking part in discussion when your opinion is destitute of valuable thing needs audacity while our teacher believes being laconic leads to abate alacrity in class.

      If the discussion you are talking about is a free discussion in an English class, then it is very easy to HAVE SOME IDEAS.
      from your examples here I can easily say you have some ideas about such topics.
      talk, don’t look for excuses!
      after all, your English level is really good. So, you shouldn’t find it difficult to talk about some everyday topics.
      and, thanks for using the previous words in the example of the current one.

         I mean that is it correct to use this structure “… have the audacity to …” for conveying its positive meaning?

   people should have the audacity to accept their faults..but sometimes they lie…because they afraid to lose something valuable and important in their life…and this is where you should choose is it worth it or not?i
